We begin with a guided group meditation to clear the energy of the previous week and set intentions for the week ahead.
Next, we move into our healing circle—a space where members can sit in the center to work through challenges, release blocks, or invite in something new. No experience is required, just an open mind and heart.
Participation is always optional, but the experience can be profound.
We close with community sharing, where members offer their unique gifts—whether it's a skill, practice, or insight—for others to experience and learn from.
