By consulting with many teachers & attending many trainings, I developed a new way of Being...
A way in which life moved into flow. It started with Source Grounding.
A simple process to become centered & energized in moments that would formerly overwhelm me.
Based on feedback and encouragement from others who have tried this process, I am excited to share this class with you.

Every Monday* at 6:30pm come to Healing Room ATX to:
gather for a group meditation,
learn simple and practical energy healing or metaphysical techniques,
play in the Woo Playground with unique metaphysical instruments to help expand your own gifts, and
meet great people who share similar views of the world
It's easy to make friends. The event is beginner friendly. There is a range of seasoned and new people participating.
There's no cost. Some people have recommended I ask for a donation. Maybe I will at some point. But some people will like my vibe and ask for coaching or sign up for a paid event.
Plus practicing and playing with these theories in a safe (karma-free) container is FUN!
